Once you’ve confirmed the items you’d like to hire, we’ll discuss your required hire dates along with the delivery and collection locations. From there, we’ll provide a clear quote based on your specific requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What happens if a prop gets damaged during hire?
We understand that accidents can happen. If a prop is damaged during the hire period as a result of client use, our loss and damage procedure will apply. Any charges are assessed based on the replacement value of the item, which is included in your hire note. How are the hire costs calculated?
Hire costs are calculated as a percentage of each item’s replacement value for a standard one-week hire period. For longer hire durations, the percentage rate is adjusted to offer better value, making extended hires more cost-effective. What is the minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire period is one week. While props can be returned or collected earlier than the full hire period ends, all hires are charged at the standard one-week rate. This helps keep pricing clear and consistent across all hires.
Do you offer transport services without prop hire?
